Shopping Basics

What does the Poster option mean?

The Poster/No frame option is when the art will come rolled in our tubes allowing you to frame them locally. They will NOT be ready to hang

Please Note - The
art when rolled will come with 1.5 inches extra space all around
allowing you to frame for gallery wrap

What does Canvas mean?

Canvas refers to a method of stretching a canvas print so that the artwork wraps around the sides of the wooden frame, creating a seamless and continuous image from the front to the sides of the canvas.

What does Framed Canvas mean?

Framed Canvas" refers to artwork that is enclosed within a separate frame surrounding its outer edges, providing a distinct border and enhancing its presentation.

Is all the art on the website prints or paintings?

At present we only sell wall art prints, these would not be paintings rather a high quality print of the art created by our designers & artists.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Shipping and Returns

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use Renown Carriers to Deliver your Art.

We allow 24 hours for our customer to cancel their orders.

After this period, we process our customer orders within 3-4 business day(s). This includes printing, framing, stretching, packaging, and shipping. 

Once those processes completed, we will forward your tracking number by email.

We ship almost everywhere around the world, and If you can select your country in the shipping address confirmation during checkout, it means that we can deliver to your place.

We ship by: DHL, Fedex, UPS

Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times after the reception of your tracking number.

Estimated Shipping Time

USA, Canada, UK, Australia : 3-5 business days

Europe: 4-10 business days

Rest of the World: 15-20 business days 

Note: In some circumstances, you may have to collect your package from the carrier office.

Do you accept returns?

We allow 30 days after delivery to notify us of any issues. Whether it’s a manufacturing defect, damage, or dissatisfaction, our team is here to assist.
